Holly Yocom is a Partner at Pathway Associates. She recently served as the Department Director of the Community Services Department for Salt Lake County. Yocom has over 20 years of executive experience leading government, private and nonprofit organizations, managing and developing public private partnerships, public policy decision making, government affairs, budget and financial communications, employee relations, public affairs, and master planning.
Before coming to Salt Lake County, Yocom served as the Executive Director for the Utah Film Center, which is a Salt Lake City-based nonprofit organization that served patrons in nine locations throughout the state of Utah.
Yocom has a long history of community service. She currently serves as a board member of the Utah Performing Arts Center Agency (Eccles Theatre), and the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art. Yocom previously served as a member of the Downtown Alliance Board, Discovery Gateway Children’s Museum, Salt Lake City Library Board, Chair of the Central Utah Arts Center board, Chair of the Utah Board of Juvenile Justice, and the Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice Board.
Yocom earned her master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Utah. In 2014, she received the Community Foundations E-50 award and Utah Business Magazines 40 under 40. In 2010, Yocom received the Roy W. Simmons Community Service Award from Zion’s Bank. Holly lives in Salt Lake City with her husband and daughter.
