judith oki pathway photo Judith Oki was born and raised in Utah and graduated from the University of Utah before embarking on a 30 year career in international development, primarily in Sub-Saharan Africa. She has returned to Utah with a wide range of skills, honed in complex and varied contexts.With a foundation in project and program design and implementation, she has focused most recently on strengthening individuals, organizations and systems for more equitable access to sustainable, quality social services. She has worked with national and local governments, international, national and local non-profits. Her non-profit work has included organizational development, grant writing and management, resource mobilization and leadership development.

Judith is eager to work with local organizations in similar roles. Core to her approach are engagement and participation, building on strengths and working collaboratively toward an organization’s mission and vision. Judith has a BA in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Utah and a M.Ed. from Texas Southern University and has completed short courses in Training, Organizational Development, Education in Crisis and Conflict and Implicit Bias.
