Pathway Pays It Forward: RiteCare of Utah

Paying it forward recognizes the gratitude we feel for what has come our way, and the compassion we have for those in need. We’re all in this together, and we are energized by the good ideas we have seen, and that continue to inspire us all. During this time of crisis, our Pathway team is lifting up nonprofits throughout the region who are adapting to this crisis in innovative ways - whether through new ways of service delivery, creative fundraising or other revenue generating ventures, smart operational adjustments, or any other brilliant ideas! We will feature one nonprofit in each of Pathways "We're Here to Help" newsletters, and the featured nonprofit will receive a $250 donation from Pathway. Nominate an organization who inspires you by sending an email to with the organization’s name and a few lines about their innovative adaptations.

This edition’s Pay it Forward recipient is: RiteCare of Utah

The Mission: We help children with all types of learning challenges related to speech and language. We are dedicated to helping children become more successful in their home and school settings by empowering them to reach their full educational and social potential.

In March, RiteCare of Utah pivoted quickly to begin providing its program of speech-language and reading therapy to disabled children via "telepractice"—with RiteCare's therapists providing weekly speech therapy sessions virtually so that children's progress was not interrupted by social distancing mandates and the closing of schools. We applaud RiteCare of Utah for putting the needs of their clients first. Thanks, RiteCare of Utah, for all you do.
